1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "the Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and 777kk (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777kk.cam and all related services, features, content and functionality made available through the Platform.

777kk is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform. The Platform is designed and operated to serve Pakistani users and others who access it from applicable jurisdictions. All content is published in English.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3 Acceptance of Terms

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference;

• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction — to register an Account and use the Platform. Where local law imposes a higher minimum age for participation in gambling activities, that higher age requirement prevails. 777kk does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.

The Platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending receipt of satisfactory proof. Any winnings accrued by an underage Player are void and may be withheld pending compliance review.

4.2 Jurisdiction Restrictions

Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and applicable provincial legislation. The Platform does not confirm that access from Pakistan is lawful. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other restricted jurisdiction do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. 4.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for personal use only. You may not create or use an Account on behalf of another person, nor may you allow any third party to access or use your Account. Account credentials must be kept confidential at all times.

5 Account Registration

5.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information reasonably requested by the Platform. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

5.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Platform operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification — proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time in the Platform's discretion.

5.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. The Platform will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

6 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Available Payment Methods

Deposit methods available on the Platform are displayed in the cashier at the time of login. Methods may vary and are subject to change without notice. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are for contextual reference only — none of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activity on this Platform. 6.2 Currency

The Platform's primary operational currency for Pakistani users is PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where supported. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the Player's responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

6.3 Deposit Conditions

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

7.2 Identity and Method Match

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the Player's own name. The name on the withdrawal destination account must match the registered name on the Player's 777kk Account exactly. Discrepancies will result in withdrawal delays or rejection pending resolution.

7.3 Processing Times

Processing times for withdrawals are determined by the Platform and the receiving payment provider. No specific processing time is guaranteed. The Platform will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification and compliance requirements.

7.4 Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawal fees, if applicable, are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. The Platform reserves the right to deduct administration fees for withdrawals that do not meet minimum thresholds or where KYC is incomplete.

7.5 Bonus-Related Restrictions

Where a Player has accepted a Bonus, withdrawal of funds may be restricted until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. Requesting a withdrawal while a Bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, depending on the specific promotion terms.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds and other promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail in relation to that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, a Wagering Requirement applies to all bonus amounts awarded. Wagering Requirements specify the number of times a Bonus (or Bonus plus deposit) must be staked before a withdrawal may be requested. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× Wagering Requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While a Bonus is active, a maximum individual bet limit applies per spin, round or wager. Exceeding the applicable maximum bet limit while a Bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the Bonus and any associated winnings being voided without notice.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses are subject to time-limited validity periods as specified in individual promotion terms. Bonuses not used or Wagering Requirements not completed within the specified period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account.

8.5 Bonus Abuse

The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings and close accounts where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent, or exploiting promotion structures in ways not intended by the Platform.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Placement of Bets

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. The Platform reserves the right to void or cancel any bet where it determines that an error has occurred — including technical errors, human error in odds setting, or manifest pricing errors.

9.2 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the Platform's determination — based on available official result sources — shall be final and binding, subject to the Platform's complaints procedure.

9.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, network failure or technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, the Platform reserves the right to declare the affected round void. No winnings will be paid in respect of void rounds. The Platform's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the relevant stake.

9.4 Sports Betting — Live Markets

Live in-play markets — including PSL cricket, ICC tournament matches, football, UFC and other sports — are offered subject to real-time data accuracy. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of live odds at any given moment and reserves the right to suspend or close markets where data integrity is in question.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one Account, or creating an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Collusion with other Players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes;
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform for any criminal purpose;
• Attempting to manipulate the Platform's RNG or certified game outcomes;
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you;
• Any conduct that is offensive, abusive or harmful to Platform staff, other Players or the Platform's reputation.

11 Responsible Gambling

11.1 Adults Only

The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or over — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Underage gambling is prohibited. Local laws in Pakistan and other jurisdictions may impose additional age or access restrictions irrespective of this Platform's minimum age requirement.

You may access and use Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display or any commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from 777kk is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 No Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Platform makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability of any content or service on the Platform.

13.2 Exclusion of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service or technical failures.

13.3 Gambling Risk

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited on the Platform. The Platform does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. Participation in gambling is voluntary and at your own risk.

15 Termination & Account Closure

15.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Platform support. Account closure requests will be processed subject to any outstanding bonus wagering requirements and pending withdrawal obligations. Players seeking closure for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion) will have their request processed as a priority.

15.2 Platform-Initiated Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account — with or without notice — where it determines that:

• These Terms have been violated;
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct has occurred;
• KYC documents cannot be verified or are found to be false;
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires it;
• The Player is found to be underage or from a restricted jurisdiction;
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the Platform's dormancy policy.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, any outstanding real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Player via the last verified withdrawal method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks. Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon account termination for cause.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed to operate. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a submission to the jurisdiction of any Pakistani court or as a representation that the Platform's activities are lawful under Pakistani law.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to the Platform's internal complaints procedure in the first instance. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution process under the Platform's operating license terms.

17 Amendments to These Terms

The Platform reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication of the updated Terms on this page. The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

Where a proposed amendment materially affects Player rights or obligations, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by email or on-site notification before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Players who do not accept amended Terms should cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure in accordance with Section 15.
